Term of price validity
The prices we give you will be valid for 20 days. That means you had better place your order and make prepayment to us within 20 days after we quote you prices. Otherwise we will quote you a new price in 20 days if the raw material cost goes higher. Lowest price guarantee
We assure you a lowest price compared with other Chinese competitors under the same quality. For factories with big scale, the management cost really counts, especially for some low value products. But our factory size is relatively small that make our management cost low and we can take advantage of this. And we are satisfied with low profit. If you found in other place a lower price than us, that would be our mistake and we would discuss with you to reduce the price.

No cheating guarantee
As long as the sample and price is fixed, we will never lower the quality during production. Rather than adjusting the coating quality to lower cost, what we do is to make production strictly according to the sample. When the price of raw materials rises, some factories prefer to lower the quality in order to keep their profit. This is not good for long term development. We guarantee we will never do that even though sometimes we may not make any profit at all.

Money refund guarantee if defective happened
If you found any unexpected defectives or any mistakes after you open container at your side, we would refund you for the defective parts and any cost that occurs. We are just responsible for all cost that is the result of our mistake. But the only requirement for you to get refund is to provide proofs to us like the photos of defective products.
