What's your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity for every item is 1000 dozen pairs. This quantity includes different sizes as long as all the sizes together account for 1000 dozens. For your every order, it is better for you to order at least a 20 GP, but which is not compulsive. We know it is not easy to reach for some companies who just begin their glove business.

30% deposit before production and balance payment against copy of Bill of Lading. See details

What trade shows do you usually take part in?
Until now, we haven't taken part in any exporting trade shows. The only one we usually go to is China domestic trade shows that aims for China domestic market. We hope in future we will go to some exporting trade shows like Canton fair, Germany A+A, etc.

Where are your customers mainly from?
Currently all of our customers are China trading companies, no foreign direct customers. But now we are going to develop our own direct foreign customers. That will be good for our long-term growth. We also think foreign direct customers will benefit from the cooperation with us.

If I build long term relationship with your factory, can I get competitive prices and some other priority?
Yes, you will. We prefer long term relationship with our customers and if you can keep cooperation with us, we guarantee you a better price. When our production schedule is busy, you will also receive delivery priority.

Can you keep privacy for us?
Our company policy is not to tell other customers in your market that you buy from us. We know it is not good for you if your competitors knows your buying source. You will feel peace when you buy from us.

What about your price compared with other China glove suppliers?
We are a direct factory rather than traders. Many traders have leveraged our low cost production to get themselves a lot of customers. Our factory size is smaller compared with other big factories, but a little bigger than the smallest factories. Our quality is kept consistent because of our strict quality control. Can I be your exclusive buyer in our territory?
Yes, you can. But your quantity needs to be consistent and big enough.

How do you deal with quality problems?
If you find any defectives when you open the container, we will take the cost that occurs. But you need to provide proof like the pictures of defectives. View our quality control process.

What's your shipping port?
We are close to Qingdao port, and most of our goods are shipped from there. If you need to do some LCL in another port like Shanghai port, we will ship goods there.

Can you arrange pick up at the airport if I go to visit your factory?
Yes, we can. When you fix your time schedule, just tell us. Qingdao airport is beside our factory, and it takes around 1 hour to come. You can find our location on Google Map.
